Regional Sales Manager
Role Summary: Responsible for overseeing retail sales results, business development of Field Sales team while ensuring operational excellence and driving education initiatives in a given region. Act as key point of contact to all assigned accounts/doors relevant Field/Store personnel.Supervise/strategize with Sales and Training Executives (STE’s) in achieving their goals and ensure corporate goals are achieved.
Responsible for setting strategy and maximizing retail sales opportunities throughout the region while supporting OMNI for applicable accounts. The expectation is that 60%-70% of their time will be spent in the Field.
