Role Summary: Responsible for delivering sustainable growth plan for brand at Retailer.com accounts. Determines where to play, how to win and uncovers opportunities. They are the main point of contact for their retail partners for Ecomm and manages overall relationship from strategic vision to execution, working closely cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Brand, Media and E-Commerce stakeholders to achieve overall goals.

Account Responsibility: Retailer.COM Accounts including, but not limited to, Ulta.com, Sephora.com, Macys’.com, Nordstrom.com

Work Location: Remote – Travel expectation for corporate business meetings, retailer meetings and sales meetings based on the needs of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver innovative E-Commerce Brand plans that drive digital/Ecomm retail sales growth and penetration goals.
• Develops full calendar of tailored objectives for retailer.com, leveraging overall brand category and marketing objectives and ensuring correct coordination and resource allocation on Ecomm.
• Ensures stock and sales plans are aligned to meet overall sales objectives in collaboration with Account and Sales Planning Team.
• Negotiates strong visual presence on retailer Ecomm
• Ensures that correct marketing activities support events, promos and other brand activities.
• Works closely with Marketing and Planning to ensure strong business decisions on marketing, assortment, stock levels, sampling, sets, exclusives and GWP’s are tailored to retailer’s consumers Online.
• Owns key P&L items for Retailer Ecomm spend (in collaboration with VP of Sales) to maximize ROI and sales. Is responsible for seasonal/annual targets (retail sales, net sales, co-op, promo, GWP, sets) and shapes the execution of these items at the account. Collaborates with Finance on Retailer Ecomm P&L’s (prepared by Finance) to analyze opportunities for increased profitability.
• Shares Ecomm best practices and provides recommendations for Brand as it relates to each individual Retailer.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years relevant Retailer Ecommerce experience
• Expertise to translate consumer insights and unique retailer strategies into key action steps
• Strategic thinker and able to layout a cohesive and clearly articulated strategy to drive the brand in each one of the different Retailer Ecomm.
• Extensive business acumen and financial ability (i.e., P&L management, business drivers, building new channels/growth, savvy with business analyses) and analytical thinking
• Solid understanding of primary levers and components to successfully manage accounts
• Self-motivated, results oriented, creative thinker
• Strong communication, presentation skills and organizational skills
• Analytical approach in identifying opportunities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proven Experience in Retailer Ecomm Key Account management.
• Teamwork attitude
