Doherty Staffing Solutions Hiring for Human Resource Generalist Full Time

Doherty is hiring an HR Generalist to work Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm with a base salary of $50K-$55K with monthly bonus offered for additional pay! HR Generalist Main Responsibilities:

• Utilize platforms for postings of positions
• This role will partner with the management team to effectively manage the talent acquisition process, sourcing, and interviewing
• Assist with payroll related questions and act as a liaison for employees
• In charge of the leave of absence record-keeping, and maintaining return to work processes
• Organize and construct employee orientation, and assist with managing complete employee issues
• In charge of open enrollment for medical benefits
• Maintain legal requirements, employment law, and government ing regulations affecting the workplace, reducing legal risks, and ensuring compliance
• Work with the management team to resolve working relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention

HR Generalist Key Requirements:

• Experience with payroll processes and benefits
• Prefer experience with hourly employees in industrial experience
• Strong written and verbal experience with great listening skills
• Able to take on tasks and manage interruptions throughout the day
• Adaptive to change, perform work calmly with strong organization skills #SMNCareers
