RESPONSABILITIES:

• Coordinate medical services using the company’s CRM.
• Plan and schedule medical referrals and appointments.
• Answer inbound telephone calls.
• Perform all other office tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Flexibility (rotative schedule include days, nights, and weekends shifts).
• Must speak English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to details.
• Strong organizational skills.
