We’re looking for Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead our company in Nashville. Do you have a great work ethic and quick learning curve? These are all important to being an All-Star for the Dock Local Nashville.

Responsibilities:

• Socialize with customers and help them feel welcome
• Be knowledgeable about The Dock and our mission
• Learn and memorize recipes and cooking methods
• Clean and organize the kitchen that exceeds standards.
• Assist with line prep and cooking with speed and accuracy
• Own procedures and systems that make Dock Local.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years experience managing others and essentials of the kitchen.
• Drive customer hospitality and exceed client expectations.
• Able to work in a faced paced deli environment.
• Multi-tasking is imperative.
• Culinary degree is preferred.
