Local Unit & Position Description:


Responsibilities:
  • Perform full cycle recruiting for open positions across the Medical Device service line including: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers globally to define hiring requirements
  • Be a thought partner for Hiring Managers to establish plans, define strategies, and deliver solutions to redefine the way we recruit for talent
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding
  • Use a combination of recruiting techniques to build and engage a robust pipeline of talent
  • Work with hiring managers, internal recruitment and HR teams throughout the recruitment lifecycle from identification, assessment, through to offer
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of Supply Chain & Product Assurance by working to secure talent who reflect the values of DNV and deliver high-quality results to our clients

Position Qualifications:


Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience
  • Demonstrated track record of hiring top-tier talent, preferably within the Medical Device industry
  • Able to handle many concurrent recruitment processes across different countries at the same time
  • Comfortable identifying, engaging and closing passive candidates
  • Thrives at building collaborative relationships across a dynamic organisation
  • Experience working in the TIC industry is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a high-volume, complex, and time-sensitive environment
  • The ability to work independently and with urgency
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office and procurement, marketing, or recruitment systems
  • Demonstratable, exceptional customer service orientation and skills required
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist – Medical Devices will be responsible for managing the hiring of Medical personnel globally. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment activities across the Medical Device service line, supporting key stakeholders and hiring managers to define their hiring priorities and utilizing your expertise to build a robust and diverse pipeline of talent. When doing this, you will proactively build relationships throughout the organization to become a trusted advisor and ambassador of the company.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Recruitment professional who has worked across all phases of the talent lifecycle, from mid-level to senior / Director hires. The ideal candidate will come with a strong understanding of the TIC industry and preferably have experience in recruiting Medical Device and IVD personnel.
