We are looking for our next culture ambassador to jump on our exciting journey through initiatives and supporting our business leaders as we roll out our 2021-22 People Strategy.

About the role:

We are on a transformational journey which will play a crucial part of this role but alongside that we have the day to day that we focus on to ensure we maintain HR Excellence;

• Provide first level advice and support to management in resolution of operational human resources issues, and procedures in line with HR policy & EBA Interpretation.
• Providing recruitment support to managers including advertising, drafting interview questions, shortlisting applicants, reference checking and any other pre-employment requirement
• Maintenance of all recruitment records including but not limited to recruitment approvals, maintenance of candidate records; and employment contracts
• Administer new starter process and prepare employment contracts based on the role
• Coordination of ‘New Starter’ on-boarding requirements and assisting with employee induction
• Assist line managers in the development and evaluation of position descriptions in conjunction with the HR team
• Provide advice, support on a range of employee related issues including performance and disciplinary matters helping managers to proactively address concerns before they escalate.
• Work towards creating a pro-active service culture and thrive to continuously improve HR processes
• Conducts exit interviews, where necessary;
• Assist with various initiatives and HR business improvement projects
• Actively participating in performance reviews, performance development and training
• Participate in HR projects as required

Things we want to see from you;

• Understanding of dnata’s vision, values and mission
• A minimum of 3 years HR experience in similar capacity with exposure to a diverse range of HR activities
• Tertiary qualifications in Human resources or equivalent experience (if you have experience tell us about it!)
• Intermediate level skills in MS Office particularly in Word, Excel, Outlook and Power point;
• Employee experience focused and ensuring the needs of stakeholders are met and exceeded
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a consultative manner
• People first attitude all the time
• Self-confidence and high levels of initiative
