Successful candidate will be doing the following functions:
- Sales Reports (Excel)
- Weekly
- Monthly
- Online Order Processing
- Submitting orders to partner warehouse
- Entering order information into Excel spreadsheet
- Updating orders with tracking information online
- Updating online returns into Excel spreadsheet
- Big Box Store Order Processing
- Receiving orders
- Order processing (preparing paperwork, shipping labels, submitting shipping notices, etc.)
Candidate must read/write excellent English. Be proficient in MS Office.
Salary – $50,000 – $55,000
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brampton, ON L6W 1W3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (required)
Experience:
- Office Admin: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
