Social Media Manger-Job description

We are looking for a responsible Social Media Manager for a part-time position we have opening up on the team. You will work directly with the Founder/CEO of the company to discuss social media strategies for growing our main platforms Instagram & Facebook. You’ll also work with a team to organize a content scheduling plan and discuss the branding of the owner’s personal profile.

Responsibilities

· Organize a content planning schedule for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & TikTok

· Engagement activity – reaching out to leads, organizing collaborations, etc.

· Train other team members on creating & repurposing content

· Create and implement a social media growth plan

· Create and analyze our social media performance and on the metrics

The position is designed to: Provide an opportunity to grow the online presence of an upcoming local business. It provides real-time experience for those who are passionate about growing their social media portfolio. Training/Resources will be provided for projects that you’ll be responsible for throughout. This position can lead to a Full-Time position based on performance. The person that applies to this position should have experience growing a social media platform for other organizations. This individual should be a self-starter and enjoy the interaction/engagement aspect of social media.

Skills should include:

· Experience growing and/or managing a social media platform is preferred
