Full Job Description

Our organization is currently seeking a Recruiter to join our fast-paced and growing company. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively and be responsible for conducting interviews, screening candidates, and sourcing new talent. The Recruiter is responsible for using the organization’s extensive database to match the right candidates with the right jobs, and will be expected to develop new talent from the inside out by providing training and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen potential candidates.
  • Select top candidates for interviews.
  • Work with a team to hire the best employees for the firm.
  • Communicate hiring decisions to candidates.
  • Update databases with new hires’ information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,571.00 – $54,427.00 per year

Benefits:
