About the Opportunity:
DMI is looking for a Talent Acquisition Director to support our EMEA & LATAM recruiting initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Providing professional service to clients and candidates
- Leveraging best practices around process, systems, candidate development, and research.
- Partnering with the Talent Acquisition Director, Recruiting Operations, HR, and business leadership to ensure that recruiting is aligned with company business objectives, values and principles.
- Networking extensively in the marketplace to ensure we have access to the best and brightest talent for every search.
- Working with business partners to fully understand hiring activity – reqs to be posted, sourcing/screening candidates, and finalizing letters of intent or commitment. Conduct full-life cycle recruiting for fully-funded reqs also as needed.
- Responsible for creation of compensation packages and closing offers
- Diversity Recruiting: Pursuing a diverse mix of candidates for each position using targeted sourcing and networking
- Managing contingent search firms when necessary
- Delivering on recruiting related projects as assigned by HR and the Talent Acquistion Director
- Ensuring that candidate data is up-to-date and relevant in iCIMS
- Developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Preparing status reports and attending meetings, as required
Qualifications:
Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
- Minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience preferably in a search firm environment
- Experience being creative sourcing for candidates is critical – using niche sites, social media, etc.
- Experience sourcing, screening, and closing talent at all levels
- Demonstrated experience working with all levels of an organization
- Solid business acumen and professional presence
- Demonstrated ability to keep up with market data and trends that impact recruiting efforts
- Global recruiting experience a big plus
- Must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills; and be a self-starter
- Prior experience working with applicant tracking systems – iCIMS preferred
- Understanding of recruiting budgeting process and general recruiting metrics
- Strong sense of urgency
- Considerable skill in interviewing techniques
