They are now looking to accelerate their growth internationally with the hire of an Ecommerce Marketing Manager with a strong digital performance and customer experience background.

The Role:

The role will have a keen focus on strategic brand development, market penetration, and community engagement. You will collaborate closely with the CEO to ensure marketing efforts are in sync with the company’s vision and objectives. You will lead and inspire a small marketing team to foster creativity, innovation, and excellence. This will involve conducting deep market analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Together with the team, you will craft compelling content and marketing campaigns that resonate deeply with their global audience, driving both engagement and conversion.

Successful Applicants:

We’re looking for a seasoned marketing professional with roughly 5 years experience in a similar role in an e-commerce and mobile apps with varying degree’s of experience in the below:

• Proven track record in the development of strategic marketing plans, social strategy, and understanding the needs of consumers and target audiences.
• Above industry-standard, hands-on implementation and optimisation experience of digital campaigns across a range of Social Media Marketing and Search Engine
• Marketing platforms including (but not limited to): Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Advertising, Klaviyo
• Strong digital/social strategy, communications and content development background
