The DLR Group Internal Software Development team is seeking a passionate and skilled Software Engineering Manager to lead our dynamic software development team.
This role involves overseeing a talented group of engineers, including several software engineers and driving the development of innovative software solutions that support our global network of architects, interior designers, and structural engineers.
DLR Group operates within a hybrid work model , supporting flexibility between office time and work from home. Considering this model, the role could be based in any US city where DLR Group has an office ;

Position Summary
As the Software Engineering Manager at DLR Group, you will be responsible for guiding and supervising our software engineering team.
Your leadership will be crucial in shaping our software development practices and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and impactful software solutions.
You will collaborate closely with various departments within the firm to understand their needs and translate these into effective software strategies.
