Your Function:
DLL Canada invites you to share in our success by joining our Sales Support Team. We are hiring 2 Sales Support Representatives to work indefinite part time hours. This position is responsible for application administration and contributing to a positive customer experience for dealers and customers.
The right candidate for this role can be located anywhere in Canada. Bilingual French is a nice to have for this role, but not required.
We are looking for an afternoon, indefinite part-time member to support our Western Canada business and work:
3pm-7pm EST Monday-Friday
Day to Day:
Must ensure that all lease and loan security application information is accurately entered
Complete research and customer due diligence required to prepare complete and accurate submission for credit decision
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders support the customer journey
Team responsibility for exercising adherence to, credit authorizations, pricing, and corporate policies to ensure the accurate completion of documentations while meeting customer expected disbursement timing commitments
Accountable for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly KPI’s and SLA’s
As part of the Sales Support team, will be called upon from time to complete other support responsibilities
Contact customers to follow up on deficient transactions
Develop and maintain a positive consultative relationship with vendors, customers, and co-workers in support of the overall sales effort

Essentials
Business administration experience
Leasing industry experience an asset
Post-secondary education required
Proficient in MS – Word & Excel and Outlook
French/English Bilingual reading, writing preferred
Ability to work flexible hours
High attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
Self-motivated and independent
Takes initiative to problem solve and seek assistance when required
Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
Strives to provide an exceptional customer experience
Ability to work from home remotely/independently and in a virtual team environment
