We have an immediate opening in our Corporate Services division in our Mount Airy Georgia location for a Talent Management Associate.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses the following skills:

• Experience with American Human Resource programs and policies
• Knowledge of American labor laws
• Outgoing, energetic, and results oriented personality
• Dependable team player with a positive attitude
• Interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, efficient, and approachable
• Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Ability to communicate and present facts
• Ability to work as a team and with all levels of management

Major Responsibilities

• Supporting the employee onboarding program
• Posting job openings
• Screening applicants/resumes
• Scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments
• Supporting interviews
• Capturing employee data and maintaining employee records
• Supporting the administration of the employee benefits program
• Supporting the processing of payroll

Salary and Benefits

• $44,000.00 per year.
• 2 weeks paid vacation.
• You will also participate in the companies’ benefit program.
• Work from home opportunity.
