Production and Sourcing Associate Responsibilities:

• Research and source suitable suppliers for production needs
• Establish and monitor goals for production team
• Run inventory review, inventory value, fabric, and open order reports biweekly or monthly
• Ensure that fabric inventory, styles, bill of materials, landing costs, and production orders are entered and tracked properly in our PLM and inventory systems
• Negotiate excellent pricing for material and garment production and tracking costing
• Create/delegate the creation of production orders
• Communicate with various stakeholders both internally and externally to efficiently manage production
• Work closely with the design team to ascertain sourcing needs
• Utilize available software to analyze and forecast inventory, create and maintain production schedule
• Pick up finished products from local shops as needed
• Create and manage collection calendar
• Mange custom fee invoices
• Manage production invoices and payments
• Make production payments after approval from CEO
• Complete other production related tasks as needed

Requirements:

• A BS in business or fashion
• At least 5 years in a sourcing or production role ideally with a fashion brand
• Strong project management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and focused
• Quick learner and highly efficient worker
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
