Diversity Travel Hiring for Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job at Remote Full Time

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide support to our Talent Acquisition Business Partner, to ensure an efficient, fair and professional recruitment experience to candidates and hiring managers. We are looking for someone with relevant experience gained within an in-house, agency or HR environment to drive the recruitment process and deliver a high level of service. This will be a varied role and will suit someone looking to progress and develop their skills over time to a more hands-on recruitment role. Key tasks will include: –

Advertising roles internally and externally across a range of channels

• Assisting with reviewing applications and candidate telephone screens for a small number of roles
• Liaising with candidates and hiring manager to schedule interviews and coordinate assessments
• Maintaining the recruitment database and filing system and managing the recruitment inbox
• Undertaking salary benchmarking
• Using a range of tools including our Applicant Tracking System, MS Office and LinkedIn to undertake candidate searches and produce relevant data
• Support the Talent Acquisition Partner with projects and the continual improvement of the recruitment process

• Salary £23k – £26k depending on level of experience

To be successful in this role you will need:

Administration or support experience gained in a HR, agency or in-house recruitment role, with a key focus on delivering a high level of service to internal stakeholders and external customers.

• Fantastic communication skills and ability to consult with stakeholders across the business
• Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
• Experience of screening CV’s and conducting phone screens would be beneficial.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience of using a HR or Recruitment management system/database beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in related subject area (Business/HR) would be preferable
• REC qualified or studying towards qualification
