Our core services focus on creating respectful and psychologically safe workplaces, building sponsorship capability to manage bias and promote diverse talent and baseline levels of diversity and inclusion in workplaces. Through our services, we partner with our clients to support all employees, managers and leaders to foster psychologically safe and inclusive workplaces.
With our small team of passionate diversity and inclusion professionals we work closely together to deliver our in-person and online workshops, our train-the-trainer program, coaching sessions for managers and facilitators, e-learning tools, Inclusion Baseline Survey and our Sponsorship Program. Our clients represent all industry sectors across Australia and while many of our clients are based in South Australia we also have a growing number of interstate clients. We pride ourselves on our services being grounded in organisational psychology principles, being practical in nature and delivering valuable and effective change and development to organisations and their people.

While the role is primarily based in the Diversity Inclusion Unley office, there is flexibility to work from home as well as the need to work at client sites in South Australia and interstate, from time to time. While this role is advertised as a full-time role, we are open to considering candidates seeking part-time and flexible working conditions.
This role s to the CEO and works as part of a broader team, including the supervision (at times) of placement students.
