Role Description

The Diversity Inclusion Consultant / Senior Consultant will be responsible for

• Contributing to the Diversity Inclusion team to achieve Key Performance Indicators
• Delivery and development of services, including preparation and follow-up in conjunction with the team to meet client needs
• Design, development and delivery of in-person and online workshops with employees and managers, coaching workshop facilitators and managers, training facilitators, online resources including e-learning tools and online surveys and s.
• Leading on service delivery for specified clients and engaging the broader Diversity Inclusion team as required
• Developing and maintaining client relationships and seeking new opportunities with them
• Creating and developing new client leads
• Raising the profile of Diversity Inclusion and its services through contributing to the Digital Strategy by developing content and posting online and in-person networking and presentation opportunities
• Support placement students in developing their skills and experiences while supporting them to contribute to Diversity Inclusion

While the role is primarily based in the Diversity Inclusion Unley office, there is flexibility to work from home as well as the need to work at client sites in South Australia and interstate, from time to time. While this role is advertised as a full-time role, we are open to considering candidates seeking part-time and flexible working conditions.

This role s to the CEO and works as part of a broader team, including the supervision (at times) of placement students.

Qualifications & Experience

• Knowledge of diversity and inclusion principles is beneficial and a passion for creating respectful, diverse and inclusive workplaces is essential
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in human resources or diversity and inclusion roles
• Workshop and training facilitation experience
• Training and development program design
• Survey design, analysis, interpretation and ing
