Diversified Transfer & Storage (DTS), is a growing Logistics Company specializing in Food Transportation & Storage. Our ultimate goal is to increase our customers efficiency, reduce their freight spend, and help them deliver their products with fewer issues so we can become long-term business partners for years to come!

We have an immediate opening for a Logistics Broker/Specialist at our Aurora CO Terminal. We prefer for this team member to have a strong background in Transportation Logistics, able to analyze and develop contractual commitments, customer specifications, and other data to plan transportation activities and sales efforts. Must have reefer LTL experience and Freight Brokerage experience. Existing book of business a plus.

Salary: $50,000-$60,000 DOE / Plus Commission and Bonuses!

Your responsibilities will include building customer relationships, customer retentions, and negotiating rates that are comparable & profitable.

Additional qualifications include experience with the Microsoft Office products; Excel, Word, and Outlook; general math skills, attention to detail, organization, data entry skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to maintain professionalism when working with a difficult situation.
