• You will assist with the revenue creation and collection function for the company’s customers.
• Managing income administrative tasks across the finance department.
• Responding to external and internal communications via phone and email.
• Assisting with high volume of face to face interactions with customers.
• General administrative duties set out by Line Manager.
• You will also play a key part in the collection of revenue
• You’ll issue instalment plans and minimising risk to maximise cash flow for the business.
• Working within set criteria, and escalating any issues to the line manager when necessary.
• Advising and assisting customers with Student Finance England queries.
• Data Analysis using MS Excel
