How you’ll make an impact:

As a Technical Account Manager for programmatic marketplaces, you will be handling day-to-day deal set-ups, supply optimization, audience packaging and deal performance optimization and troubleshooting tasks for Adswizz industry leading audio exchange marketplaces. You will use your knowledge of programmatic ad buying and industry standards to help improve and drive Adswizz marketplace offerings through our extensive partnerships with DSP platforms and ad agency buyers. This role isn’t expected to create code, but will need to leverage multiple technologies, tools and have a working knowledge of programmatic buying and OpenRTB standards. You will also help identify and communicate new business opportunities and technical optimizations that can improve buyer/seller monetization and company revenue performance.

What you’ll do:

In this individual contributor role, you will work with the AdsWizz Americas Supply & Demand teams and with our Global Operations and Development Engineering teams. This position will be based in the United States (San Mateo, CA, New York, NY or remote), with occasional travel to our Operations and Development center in Bucharest, Romania. The role will directly to the Director of Technical Account Management, Programmatic Marketplaces, Americas Supply Team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Help manage and grow AdsWizz streaming and podcast programmatic audio exchange marketplaces and inventory offerings.

· Create and monitor programmatic PMPs and Deals for Buyers across 3rd party DSPs and Agencies and ensure delivery goals are met

· Troubleshoot non-performing Deals, assist in mitigating inventory and DSP performance issues

· Work with publishers to optimize supply and audience pools to increased yield

· Create regular ing on publisher inventory avails, sell thru, revenue and audience statistics

· Use inventory knowledge to create audience packages and responses to Buyer media RFPs

· Research and drive improvements to marketplace offerings and functionality that can improve buyer/seller monetization and company revenue performance

What you’ll need:

· 4+ years’ experience working within the ad tech, digital advertising & media buying business

· Experience working in or with 3rd party Demand/Supply platform vendors (DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges) and interfacing with ad agency sales and operations teams

· BA/BS degree, or equivalent practical or industry experience.

· Ideal candidates are self-motivated with a proven track record working with Ad-Tech industry technologies including ad exchanges, ad serving, OpenRTB, campaign trafficking and analytics interfaces

· Ability to analyze large data sets to inform business decisions

· Good working knowledge of OpenRTB and VAST connection methods

· Digital Audio experience a plus

· Experience using ticketing software (Zendesk, Jira)

· Ability to manage multiple projects at once

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

· Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Pay: $145,000.00 – $165,000.00 per year
