Diverse Concepts LLC Hiring for Marketing Manager/Graphic Designer Full Time

Diverse Concepts is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager/Graphic Designer. The Marketing Manager is responsible for upholding overall brand images and delivering high quality creative materials. The candidate will coordinate marketing directives for all of Diverse Concept’s restaurant and hotel locations and should be a talented designer with diverse integrated experience that includes print and digital marketing. Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple brands and be a motivated team player able to take direction and complete assigned tasks.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Design and production of print and digital solutions across advertising and marketing projects including brochures, logos, print and digital ads, profile sheets, point of sale, restaurant menus and special event promotional materials. Exceptional skills for design, layout, typography, photo retouching, photo editing, print production and file delivery.

· Create and edit video menus, marquee signage and special event videos

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

· Must have strong knowledge and expert level practical experience in the Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator and Macintosh platform. Interest in developing Adobe After Effects capability.

· Internal drive for high-quality designs

· Manage multiple simultaneous projects from assignment through final delivery

· Strong sense of urgency and professional dedication

· Strong verbal communication skills, dependable, detail-oriented and well organized

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with 4+ years of Marketing/graphic design experience

· Should have strong knowledge of print production procedures, timelines and printing terminology

· Must be able to work at a computer workstation for extended periods of time

· Regular on-site attendance is required

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
