Ditmas Park Nursing & Rehab is looking for a Full Time Temp Dietician. We are looking to fill the position from mid February. Temporarily for 3- 4 months. LTC experience preferred. ( RD not required).Our Dieticians provide an individual nutrition plan of care for each resident.
Dietician must be able to assess client’s nutritional and health needsCounsel clients on nutrition issues and healthy eating habitsDevelop meal and nutrition plans, taking residents preferences into considerationEvaluate and monitor the effects of nutrition plans and practices and make changes as needed.
