Position: Loan Processor II

Location: Fully Remote (EST & CST Candidates preferred)

Salary Range: $21-25/hr

Duration: 3 Months ( 100% conversion or extension)

Loan Processor, Loan Processing, Loan Coordinator, Mortgage Processor, Mortgage, Loan Specialist, Loan Closer.

Top Must-Have Skills

• Individuals need to understand PPP and experience in reviewing loans to PPP program requirements.
• Individual should have good knowledge of PPP program requirements and acceptable documentation based on a business’s entity type, to include being familiar with all acceptable forms of payroll documentation (940 / 941s, Schedule C, payroll processing reports, etc.).
• Individuals must be able to summarize documentation deficiencies for a borrower.
• Ideally some individuals would be capable of verbally communicating these deficiencies to the borrower.
• PPP Forgiveness experience

Education

High School Diploma or GED is required.

Experience

Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Mortgage, Banking or Finance is required.

Paycheck Protection Program is required.

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
