About The Position
Asahi Beer USA is seeking a District Manager to grow its San Diego/Orange County business. This field-based role involves driving the availability, visibility, and velocity of Asahi Super Dry, Twisted Shotz, and Zeitaku Shibori across retail accounts. The ideal candidate will be energized by being in market, building relationships, and ensuring brands are accessible to consumers. This position requires strong collaboration with distributor partners and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities. The role is designed for an ambitious individual eager to expand their scope over time, with a focus on hands-on territory management rather than desk work.
Requirements
- A demonstrated background in brand and relationship development within a specific geographic territory
- Experience working with distributor partners in a field sales role
- Familiarity with on and off-premise retail in the beer, RTD, or beverage alcohol space
- A self-starter who takes ownership of their territory and results
- Ambition to grow — this role has room to expand for the right person
- Someone who’d rather be in market than in a meeting

- Represent Asahi Beer USA brands with passion and professionalism in market
