The District Manager of Food Service (Denton) serves as a leader and expert to successful operations in Food Service. As a District manager you will lead your teams to deliver Clean, Friendly, and Stocked stores.

The general requirements for this position include, but are not limited to

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Associates degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Food Service / Restaurant industry required.
• A minimum of 3 years’ Multi-restaurant management experience
• Proficient skill level in MS office which includes but not limited to Excel & Outlook, and PowerPoint preferred
• Strong general knowledge of working practices, procedures, and techniques.

The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

• Interact directly with Senior Management
• Exercises high-level of independent discretion and judgment in ensuring that Buc-ee’s standards are upheld throughout assigned stores,
• Ensures that Food Service Managers and Food Service Assistant Managers are enforcing food safety requirements and government inspections and expectations in order to achieve the highest rating in food safety and to ensure Buc-ee’s standards are upheld.
• Maintain and drive Clean, Friendly, Stocked and prevent dilution of culture during growth
• Performs other duties as required and/or assigned
