OUR TALENT ACQUISITION BUSINESS PARTNER WILL:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business operations and needs
• Partner with hiring managers to review, analyze and clarify job specifications, leadership behaviors and skills required for the right candidate
• Partner with hiring managers, Global HR Managers, and HR Business Partners to develop and execute recruiting strategies to build a talent pipeline and fill open positions with the right candidate at the right time based on your comprehensive understanding of each role and our business units
• Partner with HR to ensure state and federal regulatory laws (ex: FLSA) and company polices are being followed
• Manage the full life-cycle of the recruiting process locate candidates, screen & interview candidates, schedule interviews with hiring managers, compensation negotiation, and provide offer or decline letter
• Advise hiring managers regarding hiring activities, external talent trends, internal employee feedback, and process improvement needs to optimize talent acquisition efforts
• Educate hiring managers on appropriate/legal recruitment practices including interviewing and hiring
• Establish and maintain relationship with high schools, trade schools, and Universities
• Will use Workday Recruiting Module, as an applicant tracking system (ATS) to capture candidate data and disposition candidates in real time
• Build a robust and diverse pipeline of top talent using job boards and social networking sites
• Other Talent Acquisition related responsibilities as needed

• Possess knowledge of current Global Talent Acquisition practices and methods
• Highly ethical and discreet, with ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills; set and meet mile markers and deadlines
• Experience effectively managing an average bench load of 30+ complex requisitions

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
• Four (4) years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or related experience
• Experience in Oil and Gas, Distribution and/or Fabrication
• Experience in Workday Applicant Tracking systems experience
