The Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing People Team. You’ll need experience in sourcing for a range of roles, including technical roles, such as software engineers, tech leads, engineering managers and other product-related positions. This role has a high degree of responsibility and autonomy. You’ll work with the senior leadership team, to create an effective attraction strategy which you will execute. This strategy will lean heavily toward direct sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Leading and delivering end to end recruitment for all Company roles (including technical jobs), ensuring a world-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Innovate with new strategies for attracting top talent, focusing on pipeline development for critical positions.
• Resource, shortlist and build talent pipelines.
• Review recruiting metrics and assist with creating reports for leadership.
• Focus on Diversity and Inclusion in the recruitment of all roles.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B and Technical Delivery recruitment is essential.
• Experience of successfully managing multiple stakeholders, preferably remotely.
• Excellent communicator with strong relationship building and influencing skills.
• Strong ability to pipeline future talent and anticipate recruitment before it’s needed.
• Well organised, ability to work at pace to meet deadlines whilst remaining thorough.
• A team player who acts with a sense of urgency and is adaptable.
• You enjoy the pressure of a high-growth business environment
• Experience of working in a Start-Up environment is highly desirable.
