JOB DESCRIPTION

The Principal Solution Architect is for SAP Success Factor which includes: Employee Central, Recruitment Management, People Analytics, Onboarding, Learning Management etc.

This will include Migration(On perm to Cloud) etc

Key Relevant Experience’s

Accountable for setting the architectural framework and driving the technology solution for HR domain

Accountable for guiding business on impact of the technology and setting direction for new products to harness technology

Solution roadmap: Understand what the business is trying to achieve by embedding within the business, understand document, and develop an end-to-end solution roadmap.

Architectural roadmap: Influences the Enterprise Architectural roadmaps, helping turn off legacy systems, make sure products are implemented meet business requirements, product models are efficient, we re-use as much as possible and we are able to innovate.

Transition: Decides how we technically transition onto strategic/tactical architecture, understands how various journeys flow through our architecture and advise the business on things they can to do optimise this

Architectural Guidance & Assurance: Guides and assures delivery teams to deliver according to product architecture guardrails, patterns & anti-patterns.

Techno-Economic perspective –Takes into account the total cost of ownership (TCO) in all decision-making enabling simplifying and lowering of TCO across the Digital Enablement landscape.

Customer Champion – Take ownership for brilliant customer experiences and create plans that deliver on customer expectations.

Collaborative Partner – Build networks inside and outside of the business with stakeholders who share in the business unit agenda, removing barriers to collaboration.

Acts as our expert when engaging with technical suppliers

Recommend decisions on vendor short lists and technical recommendation on vendor selection and strategy for managing introduction or removal of vendor from network through RFI/ITT related to business network connectivity.

Authors technical material supporting major new technology introduction.

Provides technical leadership and technology knowledge sharing across the business to lead us in upskilling development.

Owns the techno-commercial decisions around how we simplify our estate by simplifying the products we sell in collaboration with the business

Pushes Digital innovation into the business, makes sure we are making the most of technology for business benefit
