About the 3rd Line Support Engineer position:
The 3rd Line Support Engineer role will be working as part of a team to deliver effective solutions to escalated technical issues and a high level of technical expertise to the business. This position involves delivering new technical solutions ensuring effective working across the full range of services provided by the business that can’t be resolved by 1st and 2nd Line teams.
The 3rd Line Support Engineer will work with technologies such as, VMWare, Exchange, AD, Windows Server, Cloud, Veeam, Imperva, Office 365 etc. The position is involved in investigating problems; identifying and providing root cause analysis within the specific SLA, ensuring a high first-rate response target is achieved and proactively updating the customer through to conclusion.
