This is an opportunity to work under our experienced Finance Manager assisting with various finance & accounting functions while learning lots about the Construction Industry in NSW, ACT and Vic. There are also potential opportunities for progression within the family business group in the future for the aspiring candidate.

• We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a small business environment to work as an Accounts assistant in our Bathurst office.
• Benefit from mentoring of our Finance Manager, you will be responsible for issuing payment claims/ invoices, reconciling accounts & ensuring overdue accounts are followed up promptly, and Payroll. The role will also include assisting the monthly reporting process and managing & growing relationships with clients.
• Ideally Familiar with Xero & at least 12 months of Accounts receivable/ Accounts Payable / Payroll experience would be preferred.
• At least 1 year hands on accounts experience
• Experience & Aptitude are of more value to the team than qualifications.

• Salary range: $50 – 75K depending on experience, skills, ability
