It’s a brand-new role designed to help drive the team and business forwards.

Hybid working wise you’ll have the option to work up to 2 days per week from home, and they are a business who do give their people a good work life balance.

You will also receive great support from the senior management team to aid your own personal development and they will invest highly in you, as well as your team.

The Role:

· Analysis of existing team structure and role details to drive performance.

· Analysis of existing process and systems looking at ways to drive efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness of results

· Development of your finance team helping the individuals reach their capabilities and achieve their goals.

· Support with management and financial accounting processes where required

· Analysis and reporting for senior management teams

Requirements:

· Strong team management experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
