Overview of the Job:
Disruptive Advertising Agency is looking for a Paid Media Strategist to run lead generation ad campaigns across digital platforms. We’re looking for someone with 2+ years experience in lead gen advertising with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will have chops running lead generation campaigns in social ad platforms (especially Meta), but also have experience running Google Search ads. Disruptive Advertising Agency works with medical practices to generate more new patient leads, so lead generation is at the core of everything we do.
You’ll be responsible for planning, implementing, optimizing, and analyzing paid media campaigns and communicating the results and providing insight and recommendations to our internal teams, as well as the client.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and execute campaigns for social ads (Meta), as well as Google Search Ads
Testing ad campaigns on secondary platforms, such as programmatic and native
Manage ad spend and optimize campaigns to achieve client KPIs
Analytics tracking setup & troubleshooting
Work closely with digital strategists and creative teams for both ad creative optimization and conversion rate optimization needs
Generate & provide ad campaign s that provide insights on performance & recommendations for next steps
Be a data storyteller! You will be leading the paid media strategy and performance calls with clients, so we’re looking for someone who can tell the narrative of what’s going on with the client’s investment.
Recommend media expansion opportunities and new platforms to test
Maintain relationships with ad platform partners (Google, Meta, etc.)
Keep up with industry trends and contribute to agency thought leadership
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years managing lead gen Social ads (Meta)
Experience with TikTok ads, Linkedin and other social ads a plus
Healthcare or medical experience a plus
Google Search Ads Certification preferred
Experience with Google ads and the willingness to learn new approaches
Ability to analyze data and transform results into clear actionable recommendations (Google Analytics experience required)

This is a full-time role. Salary Range for this position: $60,000-75,000 depending on experience.
