About the Position:

DispatchTrack is growing fast and in need of a Senior Recruiter to fill our open positions. This role directly reports to the Co-founder & COO.

Candidate responsibilities include:

• Working with hiring managers to understand open position requirements and budget.
• Creating strong job descriptions to attract good talent.

• Posting open positions on various job portals and promoting them.

• Candidate sourcing by proactively reaching out to candidates and pitching the open position. Conduct first round interviews to give information about the job, collect information about candidate requirements, assess company fit and resume accuracy.

• Working with external recruiters on select positions.

• Coordinating interviews with the interview panel (hiring team).

• Coordinating all communication and logistics until the candidate completes onboarding with the company.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate is passionate about helping to build a strong company with a positive culture. That passion will also include connecting highly talented individuals with a strong growth company.

– Minimum of Bachelors Degree.

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in a software company as a recruiter.

– Preferably much of this experience is with a SaaS software company.
– Great salespersonship and ability to pitch our company to candidates
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Can-do attitude and will not take No for an answer. If there is talent out there, you will need to know how to get an appointment and possibly pitch the company and position so they want to interview with us.
– Good organization skills
– Good collaborator and a team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,019.00 – $109,251.00 per year
