DispatchHealth Management Hiring for Market Operations Manager Full Time

DispatchHealth is looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, and motivated Market Manager for the Ocala, FL market. This results-driven leader will have operational, team development and market growth responsibilities. A comprehensive understanding of the healthcare industry, an operational focus and the ability to create and support growth tactics are important attributes for this role. A demonstrated ability to create, build and sustain effective relationships with individuals and groups at all levels internally and across the full spectrum of organizations is a must. This position is supervised and mentored by a Regional Market Director. Applicants must live in, or willing to relocate to, the Ocala area for this position.

What You’ll Do:

• This position plays a key role as a participant and leader in the evaluation, development and implementation of market operations and growth initiatives. You will work very closely with your clinical leader (an Advanced Practice Practitioner) in a dyad relationship
• Working with your dyad partner and with others, the Market Manager launches new markets, designs, implements and monitors key processes in both the clinical and business operations.
• Working in concert with local and corporate teams as well as with our valued healthcare partners and our partner-focused clinical integration teams, the Market Manager/dyad has oversite and responsibility for lab operations, fleet and supplies management, cost containment, goals establishment and performance management, all while ensuring superior customer and employee experience and superior quality of care provision to our patients.
• The Market Manager provides general management and oversight for the office, supervision of DHMTs (medical technicians), supports the clinical team, and performs standard back-office functions as needed.

What You Need:

• 2+ years of healthcare operations experience
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, a clinical discipline or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in a healthcare or related business field with proven ability to build strong relationship and drive results
• Direct experience in project management and working with or knowledge of organization/operational elements of senior living, home health, provider practices, hospital/health systems, and payor, community and vendor organizations is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and/or influencing department/organizational performance and results
• Experience with CRM systems
• P&L experience
• Experience with Key performance indicators and performance management
• 
  Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Paramedic, and/or Nursing a plus
