Position Summary:
The role of the Clinical Education Instructional Designer will assist the Clinical Education Team by systematically designing, developing, and implementing instructional material for the clinical employees within the organization. Product development will be in digital, video, and physical products in an effective and engaging manner. Candidate will be part of a cross functional team that will help determine best methods of delivery that will best suit the needs of the learner. Candidate will also help create scientifically measurable goals and objectives to help the organization create best in class education.

Responsibilities:
Analyze current curriculum and delivery methods to create a needs-based assessment of new materials.

Apply adult learning theories to newly developed curriculum.

Evaluate success measurements and implement change management as needed.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in Articulate software required

Proficiency in Adobe Captivate preferred

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to problem solve

Strategic thinker

Passion for redefining healthcare

Highly organized and task driven

Certification in Instructional Design required, degree preferred.

At least 1-year experience developing curriculum in a healthcare setting preferred.

Change management experience at the national level preferred.
