As a HR Analyst, you will support the delivery of HR programs and solutions in support of both short-term and long-term business goals.

Responsibilities :

The Opportunity & Responsibilities:
The primary duties of the role are:

• Understanding system functionality for Enterprise HR Systems (Workday, SAP)
• Ability to troubleshoot and support team members with escalated issues
• Document functionality gaps and incremental processes
• Perform assessments of processes, identify and escalate gaps / risks, and provide recommendations on mitigation
• Identify areas of opportunity for future enhancements to increase efficiency and consistency, and improve employee experience
• Develop and communicate job aids, end user operating guides, and business processes
• Demonstrates a working knowledge of the business and takes a consultative approach in anticipating, assessing, and providing creative HR solutions to business priorities
• Provides consultation to clients by partnering on moderately complex HR processes, procedures, precedents and initiatives integrating appropriate centers of excellence (COE) partners as necessary
• Handles correspondence with clients including high level executives

Basic Qualifications :

• Display a friendly and ‘can- do’ attitude and excellence in customer service
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail

• Proven experience with one or more of the following: Workday, SAP, data integration, data conversion, data corrections
• Requires excellent planning, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide information and guide others with ease, in a group setting or on an individual basis
• Ability to partner, communicate professionally, be flexible, and able to prioritize and multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Proven experience in an HR Operations environment or support of an operations team
• Proven experience with large scale multifaceted projects
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
• Experience and exposure to a variety of HR facets including organization development, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning & development and compensation
• Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends and recommend solutions
