As Sr. Recruiter, you will join a highly collaborative team located in Celebration, Florida. Your role will be to source, attract and acquire world class professional talent for our land-based operations team supporting Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney and National Geographic Expeditions. You will successfully contribute to overall organization transformation and growth of three dynamic businesses.

Regarding location for this temporary assignment, you can be based in Florida, southern California or remote.

You will report to: Sr. Mgr-DCL Recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify hiring needs and collaborate with operations, marketing and analytics to develop effective search strategies that build diverse talent pipelines to meet business needs
• Facilitate passive and active talent pipelining through creative sourcing strategies, interactive marketing plans and networking opportunities
• Execute full life cycle recruitment for professional cast ensuring the candidate and client experiences are met with exceptional service delivery
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the selection process including interviews, offer negotiation and new hire onboarding; represent and promote the Disney brand, core values, and essential aspects of the role to candidates
• Conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications, and salary expectations
• Foster and build relationships with hiring leaders and key partners within Operations, Talent Acquisition Marketing, Analytics, and Human Resources to support the hiring needs of the business
• Translate recruitment data, identify trends and communicate insights through storytelling

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting and developing and executing comprehensive sourcing/recruitment plans
• Of the 3 years, a minimum of 1 year must include experience sourcing and developing professional recruitment plans
• Demonstrated ability to consult with clients about talent needs
• Ability to assess experience and qualifications in candidates that will positively impact the guest experience
• Avid social media user with proficiency in using platforms for marketing, engaging, networking and sourcing
• Experience working as a successful change agent

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Knowledge of cruise and/or tour operations industry
• Experience with Kenexa or an equivalent Applicant Tracking System

Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
