Job Duties and Responsibilities

Day-to-day job responsibilities

• Facilitate the full cycle recruitment flow of candidates from outreach to offer within DISH’s applicant tracking system (iCIMS)
• Handling the requisition creation and intake process, job postings, and candidates through applicant tracking system following consistent internal processes and reporting/tracking metrics
• Partner and build rapport with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders to understand the hiring needs, business, products, services, and DISH culture
• Strategic sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Additional projects as assigned

Skills, Experience and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from 4-year College or University, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-4+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment, agency experience is a plus.
• Possesses knowledge of general recruiting practices and technology
• Identifies when exceptions to a policy may be appropriate and discuss reasoning with the manager or COE.
• Shares information and ideas to support the development of self and team.
• Professionalism and strict confidentiality
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite, additional experience with applicant tracking systems a plus, we use iCIMS. #LIRB1

Salary Range

Compensation: $64,800.00/Year – $89,400.00/Year
