Salary: £40,000 – £42,500 D.O.E

Your Role:

You will define, plan, and conduct user research to support the design & development of services. You will have to hold knowledge of developing and advocating appropriate research strategies to understand user needs for a service and to continually test and improve digital services.

Experience required:

• Experience in a similar User / UX Research position for a digital consultancy
• Experience in user experience UX design and design principles
• Knowledge of user requirements gathering, concept and prototype testing, guerrilla research, and other approaches
• Ability to design, execution and analysis of quantitative surveys
• Ability to turn user research findings into stories and actions that lead to valuable product and service features
• Experience of working in Agile teams in a commercial environment
• Knowledge of best practices and experience in research for users with accessibility and assisted digital needs
