The Role

This work from home role would ideally suit an experienced agency recruiter who is looking to move out of sales and thrive in an internal recruitment environment.

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager – Operations, this role will lead the seasonal recruitment campaigns for the G’Day Group Resorts portfolio (El Questro, Rottnest Island and Kings Canyon Resort) and will require the incumbent to be proactive and creative around candidate attraction.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Candidate resourcing for seasonal permanent appointments such as Resort General Managers, Assistant Managers, Chefs and hospitality staff
• Attract, screen, interview and reference check candidates
• Work closely with Regional Operations Managers and P&C Business Partners to achieve quality and timely resourcing outcomes
• Manage internal mobility and promotions
• Manage compliance, maintain CRM database
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines
• Involvement with new Resort acquisitions

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Experience within a recruitment agency or internal recruitment role (Hospitality or retail experience is preferred)
• Experience in successfully sourcing candidates
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and compliance
• Energetic, focused, and enjoys a challenge
• Hard-working with a drive to succeed
