The Role

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager – Operations, this newly created role will support Parks and P&C Business Partners manage candidates and be creative around candidate attraction. This role would ideally suit a professional agency recruiter who prefers to work on the candidate side of recruitment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Candidate resourcing for frontline park staff
• Screen, interview and reference check candidates
• Work closely with Park Managers and P&C Business Partners to achieve quality outcomes
• Administrative duties including managing compliance, maintaining CRM database
• Developing talent pipelines

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Experience within a recruitment agency or internal recruitment role
• Experience sourcing candidates
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and compliance
• Energetic, focused, and like a challenge
• Hard-working with a drive to succeed
