We are looking for an energetic person to join our growing accounting/administrative team in our construction related company.

The ideal candidate must be capable of handling fluctuating workloads and adjusting priorities. Additionally, candidates should have a demonstrated ability to perform positively as a member of a team and work independently.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accounts Payable —

o Processing of Accounts Payable, preparing check runs Prepare certain monthly account reconciliations

• Accounts Receivable —

Cash Receipts, posting Invoicing Daily Transactions, Audits

• Administrative support
• Special projects as assigned
• REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

• Administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office — Excel, Word, Outlook
• Demonstrated expertise utilizing financial systems
• Construction industry experience a plus
• Accurate and good attention to detail
• Ability to complete all work within given deadlines and is well organized
• Stable work background
• Positive and energetic attitude
