Disabled Veteran Solutions is looking for professional and experienced inbound Customer Service Representatives to support government-based contracts in Security, Health and Human Services, and State benefits.

Requirements

• Ability to work remotely, including reliable, high-speed Internet and the ability to troubleshoot common computer issues is required
• Minimum of High School diploma required, additional education preferred.
• Must be able to successfully pass criminal background check
• Clear and concise verbal communication skill
• Ability to build rapport with callers.
• Must be available between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm EST, with weekend availability preferred
