Disability Services Australia (DSA), a fully owned subsidiary of Scope (Aust) Ltd., is seeking 2 Talent Acquisition Specialists for newly created positions as we gear up for future growth.
Scope and DSA came together in late 2021 to form one of the largest not-for-profit disability service providers in Australia. We support people with physical, intellectual, and multiple disabilities to achieve their goals, providing services to thousands of people across New South Wales and Victoria. Our mission is to enable each person to live as an empowered and equal citizen.
Your new role:
We are a small but mighty team who pride ourselves on delivering above expectations and having each other’s backs. This doesn’t mean working harder rather we are building our TA capability increase our impact. That means implementing new systems, experimenting with new tools and processes, leveraging expertise across the Scope Group and more.
Day to day, you will manage all the recruitment needs for one of our frontline divisions. Partnering with Managers you will understand our participants needs and site dynamics, source the right talent to support our participants, deliver a great candidate experience particularly at the compliance stage to avoid dropouts and educate the business on better recruitment practice.
These are full time positions based in Kingsgrove with a hybrid working model. Part time (4 days a week) considered.
What you need to succeed?
As these are newly created role’s we have some flexibility on background. Perhaps you’re an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who want to be involved in change, an Agency Recruiter or Candidate Manager wanting to move in-house; or Recruitment Coordinator or Advisor who wants to step up.
