Dirty Hands LLC Hiring for Learning & Development Coordinator Job at Remote Full Time

Summary:

The Learning & Development team is dedicated to the professional growth of our Team Members. The Learning & Development Coordinator will support the team by tracking and reporting on training completion, maintaining current content library, uploading new content, and completing other logistical/administrative tasks as necessary. The person hired for this role will report to the Director or Learning & Development.

This is a part-time position working approximately 20 hours per week with a starting pay of $20 per hour or more based on experience.

The Role:

Tracking & Reporting:

• Track training completion and maintain training records for the company.
• Develop and distribute reporting on key training metrics such as participation rate, completion rate, and pass rate.
• Monitor feedback and engagement data to evaluate the effectiveness of completed training courses.
• Follow up with Managers and Team Members to ensure timely training completion.

Content Management:

• Maintain current catalog of training material available on Thinkific and ADP.
• Upload newly created training content.

Logistics & Administration:

• Support administrative tasks including the scheduling and coordination of training events.
• Assign virtual trainings to Team Members as necessary.
• Manage invitations and Team Member access to Thinkific learning platform.
• Support the Director of Learning & Development pertaining to team initiatives, calendars, scheduling, and data entry.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Prior experience in training coordination or administrative support is preferred.
• Prior experience with simple graphic design using programs such as Canva or Mailchimp is preferred.
• Prior experience with or willingness to learn basic copywriting techniques is preferred.
• Advanced organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent time management.
• Prior experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) such as Thinkific is a plus.
