Directors languages is a Global Business Language Training Provider operating in 62 Countries.

In line with our international growth we are now recruiting new talent to assist with our global language training operations.

HR & Operations Advisor Job Function & Responsibilities:

• Manage global staff recruitment and selection
• Manage new employee inductions
• Conduct staff training – Academic and Operations Staff
• Plan, test, and conduct exit interviews
• Detect and satisfy development needs of employees by managing orientation and training programs
• Maintain employee job results
• Tackle employee complaints and grievances; resolve conflicts; carry out disciplinary process
• Ensure staff safety, welfare, and health
• Maintain compensation and benefit programs
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and practices
• Review and modify HR systems and practices
• Conduct data collection, surveys, and other research methods in order to detect HR problems or identify causes

Essentials for HR role:

• Human resources related experience in education & training industry
• Bachelor’s degree

Hours and location:

Hybrid flexible working model (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) at our offices located in Maidenhead Riverside, starting salary will be based on candidates qualifications and / or previous experiences.
