The Content & Education Coordinator is the expert we rely on to ensure that proper grammar, punctuation, spelling, and sentence mechanics are followed. Our Content & Education Coordinator should also be a creative thinker who can create and implement both individual and group education presentations while providing ideas and direction and write compelling content for a variety of projects from video scripts to webinar, podcast and all other presentation methods, web content, surveys, blogs and much more!

Responsibilities: *

• Develop, write, and present compelling original content for print, websites, video, podcasts, webinars, social media, and live presentations
• Brainstorm new messaging and ideas for various campaigns
• Create other related informative, promotional material
• Proofread materials, edit, and revise content as necessary
• Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content.
• Assist team members with projects as needed
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Help our family of companies maintain strong, positive relationships with both our internal and external clients
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: *

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Education, or related field preferred
• Strong grasp of grammar, punctuation, and written communication
• Excellent writing, research, and presentation skills
• Ability to work well with a team to produce the highest quality work
• Desire to continually grow as a writer, educator, and communicator
• Possess a positive attitude when working with other team members
• Display strong self-motivation, taking the initiative with projects
• Proactive in discovering solutions to challenges
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills
• Ability to meet specified deadlines
• Ability to use a personal computer and work within a Windows-based environment including MS Office/Outlook/company specific software
• Ability to learn and use new software as needed
