On the Corporate Services team, you will play a key role in enabling innovation for internal business partners. Corporate Services delivers best‑practice support across the organization.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Corporate Services, the Director, Strategic Business Transformation is responsible for leading operating model and process transformation initiatives across Bell’s corporate services team with a focus on Bell’s commercial real estate operations and portfolio. This role leverages technology, best‑practice methodologies, and a culture of continuous improvement to identify, prioritize, and deliver strategic solutions that enhance performance, efficiency, and scalability.
Operating in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment, the Director will partner closely with stakeholders across multiple Bell business units, providing broad enterprise exposure and the opportunity to support initiatives tied to critical infrastructure. The role champions the simplification and standardization of processes, the adoption of AI‑enabled automation, and the development of actionable insights to enable data‑driven decision‑making. Through the application of methodologies such as Lean, Business Process Management (BPM), and continuous improvement, the Director delivers measurable value and sustainable outcomes. Success in this role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration, change leadership, and the ability to translate strategy into effective execution to drive meaningful and lasting business results.
