The work you’d be helping lead

A snapshot of the type of work you’ll do:

• Roses. Helping a mid-market operator sharpen its operating rhythm and build the throughput their growth plan demands.
• Breedlove. An accelerator program built to shrink the wealth gap by giving underrepresented founders the capital, coaching, and operating systems to scale.
• Genius 100. Designing the ecosystem to reduce youth suicide — connecting the people, programs and data that move the needle.
• Talent Bridge. Building a system that helps Inuit job seekers find meaningful employment, and helps employers be ready to hire them.
• Taylor’s Tacos. Shifting a beloved storefront into a catering-led business model — new economics, new operating cadence, same flavor.

The role

This role sits at the centre of our delivery engine. Partners and Principals find the leads. You shape what the engagement actually becomes.

What you’d own:

• Scoping and pricing. When a lead is qualified, you partner with the Partner or Principal to define the scope, set the pricing, and determine the resources required.
• Pitching. You support pitch development and join the final pitch presentations to walk clients through the program and how we’ll deliver it.
• Program design. When the work is secured, you design the program from the ground up — the phases, the deliverables, the operating cadence.
• Resourcing. You allocate the right consultants and contractors to each engagement and hold them to a clear standard.
• Delivery oversight. You keep every project on track and make sure each workstream is delivering quality. You catch the breakdowns before clients do.
• Mightyhum’s operating rhythm. You run our internal strategic planning and reporting cadence — keeping the firm itself on the same scorecard discipline we sell to clients.
• Strategy and operations lead on contracts. You can also serve as the strategy and operations lead on individual engagements — facilitating visioning workshops, running customer discovery, leading strategic planning, conducting data analysis, and building planning and reporting cadences for our clients.

How we’ll measure success

Three KPIs anchor the role:

• Gross margin. You manage scope and resourcing tightly enough to keep our engagements profitable, project after project.
• Customer satisfaction. NPS, qualitative feedback, repeat work and referrals.
• Consultant and contractor performance. The talent you bring in delivers — on time, on quality, and inside scope.

Compensation and benefits

Total compensation is $100,000 to $125,000, inclusive of base, bonus, and benefits. We’ll structure the mix with the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Business Strategy, Strategic Planning, and Analytical Skills
• Experience in Consulting and Management Consulting to guide clients through transformations. Or hands on experience in a business running strategy and operations.
• Proven ability to conduct detailed analysis and develop actionable insights
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and project delivery skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and managing client relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Experience in operations and impact-driven projects is an asset
